Rental terms and condition (General)

  1. The customer agrees (by signed contract) and holds harmless California Church Directory for all liabilities and claims, both in personal injury, and or property. And certifies that the customer or organization carries an umbrella liability insurance of not less than $1,000,000 for public events on file at the city where the event is taking place. (and all permits are complete before the event starts and copies forwarded to CALCDN )

  2. The organization named on contract agrees to pay for any damage occurred by anyone using the stage while performing, or any acts committed by a spectator or spectator group.

  3. California Church Directory reserves the right to terminate the event at any time, for any and all situation deem to be unsatisfactory for safety and preserving equipment. Minimum rates will still apply.

  4.  Proof of insurance is mandatory before any set up.

  5. Booking fee is required to hold date, and is non-refundable if event is canceled. fee is fully earned by holding date. Rates are $100 stage1, $125 stage2, and $300 stage3.

  6. If event is shortened due to lack of participation of event or any other difficulties, all rental is eared, if said event runs less then the booked agreement. Any thing over the agreed time will be charged by an hourly rate of $100 per hr.

  7. Any discounted Group or organization rates are non-refundable.

  8. Any events outside of Perris Ca. will be subject to a mileage fee per mile to and from at each trip.

  9. Balance Payment is due before stage set up.

  10. Clean up fees will be charged by the hour if tape or tape residue has to be removed by our staff or other items such as rope, string, ribbon etc.

  11. Any damage due to misuse or failure to adhere to rules, will also be the responsibility of signed customer
